Coverage Details
What our service plans cover
- Each product is covered for 100% parts and labor for mechanical or electrical failures, including repair or replacement support when necessary.
- A major appliance will be covered for service if damaged as a result of power surge during the term of your contract.
- The product will be replaced if it has had three service repairs completed and a fourth repair is required within any 12-month period following the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Food loss up to $200 will be reimbursed if your refrigerator or freezer fails, causing its spoilage.
